Three commitments. One restoration.
Everything The Legion Project does flows from three commitments. Each is essential. None stands alone.
Identify the men
We seek out incarcerated men, eighteen and older, who are dedicated followers of Jesus Christ. Their faith must be evident in their daily life inside the wall — through chaplain references, church recommendations, and personal interview.
Recruit and train mentors
Each parolee is paired with a trained Christian mentor. Mentors commit to weekly meetings, accountability, prayer, and presence — for the full duration of the parolee's program.
Provide what is needed
We furnish an apartment, provide a vehicle, transport the parolee from the prison gate, and assist with employment placement. The practical foundation that makes restoration possible.
